Youth Health Talk

Youthhealthtalk enables young people, their family and friends, and professionals such as doctors and teachers to understand young people's experiences of health, illness and life in general. The website feature real-life accounts of issues such as effect on work and education, social life and relationships, consulting health professionals and treatment.

For over 15 years Outlook South West have been delivering both private and NHS counselling services across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.


They have around 100 trained therapists and counsellors working across Cornwall to provide talking therapies for approximately 10,000 NHS patients each year. They help people recover from common mental health problems such as: anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, as well as other conditions like OCD.


Their  range of psychological therapies are all available to people aged 16+ registered with a GP practice in Cornwall. They are free to access and include everything from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and traditional counselling services, to the very latest evidence-based treatments.


All of thier practitioners are trained and qualified to deliver therapy in a number of ways. These may include: one-to-one sessions, group therapy or educational courses, telephone or online therapy. They ensure that you receive the right type of support, as quickly as possible and in a way that best suits your needs.
