Youth Health Talk

Youthhealthtalk enables young people, their family and friends, and professionals such as doctors and teachers to understand young people's experiences of health, illness and life in general. The website feature real-life accounts of issues such as effect on work and education, social life and relationships, consulting health professionals and treatment.

Doctors Telephone Appointments – Online Booking

We are now able to offer online booking of doctors’ telephone appointments.

Any patient over the age of 16 can sign up for this service as long as they have the relevant forms of identification.

Please ask at reception for details.

 How to register:

You will need to have your own email address, and for data security reasons we will need to confirm your identity with your registration. 

You will need to complete a registration form, either in surgery or you can print and complete the registration form (below) and bring it to reception along with your photo ID.

Once registered with our new service you will be able to access this facility at all times, even when the surgery is closed.

Each doctor has a number of ‘telephone slots’available.  

PLEASE NOTE:  The time of the appointment may not be the actual time the doctor will contact you. Generally the doctor will make their telephone calls between  9am – 10:30am and 2:30pm – 3:30pm daily. 

 Medical Certificates and other Administration Requests 

If you require a certification for medical sickness, or similar please contact our reception team during 08:30 -18:00 Monday to Friday and they will be able to process your requests.


Repeat Prescriptions

These should be requested in the normal manner, via the prescriptions option on the home page.
